Terms and Conditions
1. At least 48 hours notice must be given for any cancellations of lessons. If 48 hours is not given for cancellations I, at my discretion, may charge you for those lessons cancelled.
2. No responsibility can be taken by myself for postponement of lessons due to unforeseen circumstances. I.E weather conditions such as ice, breakdown of vehicle etc. However if the tuition vehicle breaks down on the day of your test. I will pay for your next test and the hour before if it has to be cancelled.
3. It is at my discretion to withdraw the use of the tuition vehicle for test purposes if in my view you have not reached a safe standard to take your test.
4. The offer of 4 one hours consists of four hours at the begining of your lessons. The £40 must be paid on your first lesson.
Four one hour lessons for £40. This applies to all new pupils unless you are taking less than nine hours tuition, ie. for refreshment lessons prior to test and not including the two hours of vehicle hire for the test, in these cases you will receive three hours for £40.
5. Block booking discount is based on taking the complete block of lessons. If for any reason you wish to cancel your lessons after you have taken any of the block, then all lessons taken within that block will be charged at our standard rate of £21 per hour - not the discounted rate, the balanace being refunded in full. All refunds are done by cheque, regardless of how payment was made.
